Carol F. McKibben has had a long, successful business career. She is currently the President and CEO of Azina Communications, Inc. She is the co-founder and former President of McKibben Communications, a telecommunications service provider that was listed on the Inc. 500 for the years 1998, 1999 and 2000 by Inc. Magazine as one of the 500 fastest-growing, privately-held companies in the United States. She also supports her husband's business, McKibben Consulting, by providing marketing expertise.
