Ordering Policies and Shipping Details
Books purchased directly from the Riding Through It Web site will be personalized by Carol McKibben prior to shipment. All sales are final.
We use the Google Checkout service to process your order. This helps us protect your confidential information. When you place your order, we will receive our payment from Google and we will never have access to your credit card information. Of course, we will need your mailing and email addresses so that we may fulfill your order. We will take every precaution to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and we will NEVER share your email address with any third party until you specifically instruct us to do so.
Books ordered directly from the "Riding Through It" Web site (http://www.ridingthroughit.com) will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 5 business days after we receive your order. We often ship the same day. If we are out of stock at the time of your order, shipping could be delayed several weeks while we wait for new books to arrive from the printing house. If your order is delayed by more than two weeks due to a shortage of stock, we will notify you by email and give you the opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund. Otherwise, we will ship your order as soon as we receive new books from the printer. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the USPS Tracking Number as soon as your order is ready to ship. Once you have the tracking number, you can track your shipment online at:

Your book will be personally autographed by Carol McKibben using your first name as it appears on your order. If you are ordering the book as a gift for someone else or would like to receive multiple copies of the book, please contact us (prior to placing your order) by email at orders@mckibben.com with your specific instructions as to how you'd like for each book inscribed. If you contact us prior to ordering, we can also discuss bulk discounts for any orders of 10 or more books.
